Resolution Steps

If you mistakenly purchased a Data Plan for proxies but actually need Credits for the API (or vice versa), please follow these steps:

  1. Stop Usage: Do not use the remaining balance of the incorrect plan, as this simplifies the adjustment process.

Technical Reminder

  • Protocols: Our proxies support HTTP and SOCKS5. Note that we do not support direct connections via the HTTPS protocol to the proxy host (HTTPS-over-Proxy).
