ScrapingBypass provides fully rotating proxy networks. Unlike static proxies, which remain fixed, rotating proxies change automatically based on your configuration to ensure maximum anonymity and bypass rate-limiting.
You can customize the rotation interval to match your specific workflow. By default, a new IP address is assigned for every single request.
Available Rotation Options
Depending on your choice of Rotating Residential Proxies or Rotating Datacenter Proxies, you can select the following Sticky Session durations:
Rotating Residential Proxies:
- Per-request Rotation: A new IP for every connection.
- Sticky Sessions: 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, or 30 minutes.
Rotating Datacenter Proxies:
- Per-request Rotation: A new IP for every connection.
- Sticky Sessions: 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours.
How Rotation Works
- New IP Per Request:
Each request is routed through a different IP address. This is the optimal setting for high-volume web scraping, crawling, and automated data extraction tasks where avoiding IP-based bans is critical. - Timed Rotation (Sticky Sessions):
The IP address remains stable for the duration of the selected time window (e.g., 5 or 10 minutes) and rotates only after the session expires. This is ideal for account registration, managing social media profiles, or any task requiring a consistent user session.
Technical Implementation
- Protocols: Supports HTTP and SOCKS5.
- HTTPS Note: ScrapingBypass currently does not support direct connections via the HTTPS protocol to the proxy host (HTTPS-over-Proxy). Please connect via HTTP or SOCKS5.
