Once you purchase the ScrapingBypass API Points Package or ScrapingBypass IP Proxy Package, you are deemed to have complied with our payment rules. Any other form of refund application will be deemed invalid.
Since the services provided by ScrapingBypass products do not involve physical transportation, there is no issue of return shipping costs. Therefore, ScrapingBypass packages purchased with any form of Stripe (Alipay) or virtual currency payment cannot be refunded in any form.
